Right from my first contact with them everything ran smoothly and professionally. in the first instance Ian came to measure for the door and side panel, he sat with us for over one hour and went through all the options. Kelsall Windows completely transformed our conservatory by replacing the old roof frame with a new one. Swapped out those old plastic panels with tiles and two large glass windows and now we use the conservatory for what it is meant for. Truly brightened up the roof too as the glass panels on the roof let so much more light in than the old roof did. They plastered the inside roof and the brick wall area of the house inside the conservatory and we can have a light fitting installed now too.

Recently we had a bird strike on one of our upstairs Victorian sash windows. Called Kelsall Windows and the following day it was all measured up. Because of the low sill I was recommended reinforced glass which had to be specially made. Two days later it was fitted, all the shattered glass outside scrupulously cleared up in no time.
