We approached Kelsall Windows to discuss building a flat roofed single storey extension to the rear of our property constructed of blockwork and glass bi fold doors. Kelsall Windows completed the comprehensive replacement of a large conservatory, with a Guardian Warm Roof, windows & double doors, all the bungalow’s windows & doors, together with extensive paving, drainage & pointing work to the rear of the property, to a high standard. Their personnel involved were found helpful, polite & professional.

Kelsall Windows suppled and installed a new back door and all the widows to the rear of my property, I was very Impressed with both the quality of installation and the products supplied, the back of my house has been totally transformed and now will be a lot warmer in winter.

Recently we had a bird strike on one of our upstairs Victorian sash windows. Called Kelsall Windows and the following day it was all measured up. Because of the low sill I was recommended reinforced glass which had to be specially made. Two days later it was fitted, all the shattered glass outside scrupulously cleared up in no time. Very please with the quality of the job and the excellent service and the fitters were excellent too.

We urgently needed a cat flap re fitting due to building work on our house. Ian came to measure up and was honest and realistic about our options . The cheapest option would have been to wait and incorporate it into the new build.. We did however decide to go ahead and have it moved to the kitchen french doors as my kitties were driving me mad without a cat flap . The new pane of glass was ordered & the cat flap fitted promptly and efficiently .

Mark’s team came out to replace a couple of panes that had misted up from an installation they had done a few years ago.
Not their fault, but the glass manufacturer. NO QUIBBLE at all. A quick look at the panes, they were ordered and new panes installed within 10 days. A very quick, professional service. We have used Kelsall windows for a number of new installations on our house over the last 20 years: Fascia’s Gutters, Windows, Doors and repairs. Having moved into my new house I wanted a new composite front door and window to my front porch.
I contacted Kelsall Windows for a quote and found them to be extremely helpful. Their prices were competitive and offered a good range of high quality products depending on your budget. i especially liked a facility on their website where you use a picture of your existing door and super impose the new one onto the image, so that you can see what the finished result will look like. I found this very useful when deciding which style and colour would suit my home best.
