The whole process from first contact to finished installation was was friendly and professional. The installers arrived on time and replaced the patio window with care and skill – and left everything clean and tidy. It feels like a different room now. Very pleased with the result.

I had large window replaced. It was done efficiently and well. They were on time, careful with the telephone connection and polite. When they left they had cleaned up and left the room tidy.

Mid Summer this year we engaged Kelsall Windows to install a rear garage door and patio window. Everything about the process from measuring, ordering and installation was seamless. Their pricing and standard of work was excellent. A month ago (October 2025) we decided to replace an old conservatory which had old brown windows. From start to finish was very pleased with the planning , installation and finally plastering . The installation team worked hard , can’t fault them .

Kelsall Windows completely transformed our conservatory by replacing the old roof frame with a new one. Swapped out those old plastic panels with tiles and two large glass windows and now we use the conservatory for what it is meant for. Truly brightened up the roof too as the glass panels on the roof let so much more light in than the old roof did. They plastered the inside roof and the brick wall area of the house inside the conservatory and we can have a light fitting installed now too.
Truly excellent work from all the guys who came to get the work done, from start to finish they were professional, tidy, and explained everything whenever we asked questions. Would recommend them over all others if you want to get your conservatory roof changed. These guys are the best!! Absolutely love what they have done on our conservatory!

Arrived on time and within a short space of time the front door and frame were fitted. The work was to a high standard and the discussions beforehand to choose the door and fittings was also carried out in a friendly and non pushy manner.

I selected Kelsall Windows as the supplier and installer of a new pair of fire exit doors for 1st Tarporley Scout Hut. The selection was based on experience of friends and colleagues who all gave Kelsall Windows a good word. The job was quoted, the order was placed, an installation date was agreed, and the work was carried out on the agreed date in freezing cold weather. The fitters were very efficient and friendly. They did an excellent job of installation, tidied up afterwards and spent 10 minutes at the end educating me on how to operate the new doors.

On the 4th/5th February 2025 Kelsall Windows have fitted a patio door, side window and a rear door.
The whole process following a survey late in 2024 has been seamless. The windows and door are excellent quality and look really good.
The fitters were excellent hard working and exceptionally cheerful.
When they left they removed all the rubble and old windows. They cleaned the area in which they were working and left it very tidy.

My conservatory roof was leaking, I contacted Kelsall Windows about replacing the roof, and they came to see me and gave us a satisfactory quote.
I was given a start date and how long it would take to do, and spot on, it was done in the 4 days.
5 Workmen arrived at 8.30 and they never stopped all day. I have never had such a good working team as those men. They were polite, friendly and brilliant workers. They each had there own job and got on with it.

We approached Kelsall Windows to discuss building a flat roofed single storey extension to the rear of our property constructed of blockwork and glass bi fold doors. Kelsall windows recently installed a new replacement window for us. The job was completed on the day agreed with minimum fuss, very tidy workmanship. All round good job.

We used this company to fix a large bi fold door that was accidentally damaged. We were so impressed that we had them back to replace a window. Would highly recommend them for their service and the care and attention taken.

5* – A well deserved FIVE STARS…Kelsall Windows replaced two windows, & five other panels that had blown, plus they carried out improvement work on other windows, and re-sealed the windows on all windows. I was astonished by the speed from quotation to fitting. Thoroughly professional team, everything left immaculate, really lovely windows. Nice team of people. The advice they gave on the type of frame for the bathroom was exceptional and has solved a condensation problem we had in that room. Our own bedroom is now silent, can’t hear any traffic from outside with the new window in there making so much difference, not to mention the warmth. We were so impressed that we have asked for a quotation for a front door. Kelsall Windows completed the comprehensive replacement of a large conservatory, with a Guardian Warm Roof, windows & double doors, all the bungalow’s windows & doors, together with extensive paving, drainage & pointing work to the rear of the property, to a high standard. Their personnel involved were found helpful, polite & professional.

They recommended specialists, who were found equally competent.

In summary, Kelsall Windows minimised the disruption & inconvenience involved at a fair cost.

Firstly, emailed late one night, I was called at 8.30 a.m next morning, Ian arranged to meet that afternoon at 4p.m. he was there, early! He went through everything with me; NO SELLING, if I needed him to go over things again then he was more than happy to come back. Kelsall Windows suppled and installed a new back door and all the widows to the rear of my property, I was very Impressed with both the quality of installation and the products supplied, the back of my house has been totally transformed and now will be a lot warmer in winter.

Recently we had a bird strike on one of our upstairs Victorian sash windows. Called Kelsall Windows and the following day it was all measured up. Because of the low sill I was recommended reinforced glass which had to be specially made. Two days later it was fitted, all the shattered glass outside scrupulously cleared up in no time. Very please with the quality of the job and the excellent service and the fitters were excellent too.

We have dealt with Kelsall Windows for the past 11 years and they have completed Garden Room Doors and Windows, and Roofing. On our main house they have replaced Windows, Sofets and our main Front Door. We have always been entirely satisfied with the work. Their staff are friendly and efficient and leave the site clean and tidy. All rubbish is removed for disposal. All work has ben carried out to their quotations. Kelsall Windows were very professional to deal with. We had secondary double glazing put in throughout a large Victorian house. This included a bespoke colour match to one window. Very pleased overall.

We urgently needed a cat flap re fitting due to building work on our house. Ian came to measure up and was honest and realistic about our options . The cheapest option would have been to wait and incorporate it into the new build.. We did however decide to go ahead and have it moved to the kitchen french doors as my kitties were driving me mad without a cat flap . The new pane of glass was ordered & the cat flap fitted promptly and efficiently .

Mark’s team came out to replace a couple of panes that had misted up from an installation they had done a few years ago.
Not their fault, but the glass manufacturer. NO QUIBBLE at all. A quick look at the panes, they were ordered and new panes installed within 10 days. A very quick, professional service. We have used Kelsall windows for a number of new installations on our house over the last 20 years: Fascia’s Gutters, Windows, Doors and repairs. They have always been very professional, prompt and good value in everything they have done. Mark has always communicated everything promptly.

Having moved into my new house I wanted a new composite front door and window to my front porch.
I contacted Kelsall Windows for a quote and found them to be extremely helpful. Their prices were competitive and offered a good range of high quality products depending on your budget. i especially liked a facility on their website where you use a picture of your existing door and super impose the new one onto the image, so that you can see what the finished result will look like. I found this very useful when deciding which style and colour would suit my home best.
